Picture your Online MLM Business being like a wild river with very strong currents. When you are just starting out in your new mlm business, you are standing on one side of the river. Your goal is to get to the other side of the river where the pot of gold is waiting for you.

You are standing there and watching the river flow and hesitating to get your feet wet and start on your journey. Many people around you are telling you not to jump in the river because it’s just too risky, that you will probably drown.

However, you can also see a multitude of people on the other side with smiling faces having fun, masterminding together. You can see luxury cars parked in front of mansions worth millions of dollars. Those people are looking and waving at you to come and join them.

Suddenly you see people in the river screaming and waving barely keeping themselves afloat as the river takes them downstream. Then you see many more bodies passing by only this time they are lifeless.

You are scared as you don’t want to dive in the river and drown but at the same time you can definitely see yourself being on the other side with all those nice people waving at you.

Here are some tips for your online mlm home business that will help you cross that river:

1) You must have BELIEF.

This is key and the most important. You must believe without any doubts whatsoever that you can cross that river. Make the decision that nothing will stop you and that you will help as many people cross the river with you.

2) Pick a legitimate online MLM business and focus all your efforts in building it.

If you are trying to build more than one company stop right now and just choose one. You cannot build more than one company successfully. It’s just not possible. You must choose one company and stay with it. With so many online mlm companies out there it’s easy to get tempted by the newest prelaunch deal. Don’t be tempted, stay focused.

3) You must never quit.

The saying goes that quitters never win and winners never quit. And statistics in the MLM industry show that 90% of people that stay in MLM for at least ten years end up making six figure incomes. This is easy, just never quit your online MLM home business.

I was going over some training materials from MLM legend Mark Yarnell where he gives the formula to make a million dollars in network marketing either in one year, two years, or three years.  The number of years to achieve that income level depends on the number of people you talk to every day.

If you wanna make it in one year, all you have to do is, for two hours a day, expose your business to 30 people, five days a week.

Mr. Yarnell even gives the numbers you can expect from this activity.  If you expose your MLM business to 30 people a day for 5 days a week that’s 600 people a month.  Out of those 600 people, 30 will either join your business or buy your products.  Out of those 30 people 29 will quit and you will be left with one leader that will stay with you for a long time, a “Whale” like he calls them.  So after one year you end up with 12 Whales on your frontline and Mr. Yarnell mentions that he doesn’t know any MLM compensation plan that will not pay you a million dollars a year with 12 Whales on your frontline. 

To make the same amount in two years, expose your business to 20 people a day, and for the three year timeline expose the business to 10 people a day.

He assumes that you follow the following four-step process to bring people in your MLM business:

1. Expose
2. Present
3. Enroll
4. Train

Mark Yarnell has about thirty years experience in network marketing and has made over 30 million dollars in the industry.

When Napoleon Hill interviewed five hundred of the most successful people at the time he was working on “Think And Grow Rich”, there was only one thing that all five hundred people had in common.   They were all very different people from various industries and backgrounds.  However, they had this one thing in common…

Can you guess what it was?

It was BELIEF!  They had absolute BELIEF that they could achieve success in their chosen field.

The main reason why many people are not successful in MLM is because they lack the BELIEF that they can do it.  They don’t have enough confidence in themselves to work on their dreams and stay on track.

So that’s the magic word you need to imprint in your brain if you really want the success you deserve in the MLM industry: BELIEF, BELIEF, BELIEF.  This belief will make you take massive action and things will start moving your way.

If you don’t have BELIEF you will simply not be willing to do the daily tasks required to take your MLM business to the next level.  MLM Success is achieved by performing very simple tasks over an extended period of time.  And without BELIEF you will not stay with those tasks long enough to achieve MLM Success.

You need belief in yourself, belief in your mentor, belief in your team, belief in your MLM lead generation system, and belief in your MLM company.  When you have this kind of belief you become
ten foot tall and bullet proof and your MLM success is almost guaranteed.

So how do you acquire this type of belief?  It all begins with personal development.  I’m sure you’ve heard that to earn more you must become more.  And you become more by working on yourself every
single day.

You do have an MLM blog don’t you?

Blogging, just like a website, gives you a worldwide reach.  Besides, creating and maintaining a blog is far easier, quicker and cheaper compared with managing a website.

If you are building an MLM business online, or any online business for that matter, you absolutely and positively need to have your own blog.  Even if you are just beginning your online MLM ventures, you should learn how to setup your own blog as soon as you can.  There are great free resources on the internet that will teach you all about blogging.  The last thing you want to do is pay for that kind of information as it is available for free and with a bit of research you should be able to find all the information you need on the subject.

MLM Success is achieved by leaders and all the MLM leaders have their own MLM blogs.  That’s because a blog establishes you as an expert in your field, an authority if you wish.

Your MLM blog is your central hub and all your online marketing should point back to it and once your blog starts getting traffic, your next task is to convert that traffic into whatever action you want your visitors to take.

When your MLM blog is in place, one of the first things you need to do is register it with Technorati.  Technorati is an internet search engine for blogs and has millions of blogs indexed in their database.  So you want them to index your MLM blog because that will increase your blog’s exposure.

Here are the steps to follow to put your MLM blog on the technorati site:

Obviously, the first step you will need to take is to open an account with Technorati, if you don’t already have one and like many great resources on the internet, it is completely free.

This step is very straightforward, just go to their site and click the “Join” link at the top right of the page.  Fill out the form with your information and click the join button.  They will then send you an email with a link you need to click to confirm your account.  This completes your registration with Technorati.

The next step is to edit your settings, your bio, and uploading your picture.  Don’t skip this step like most people.  It is important that you let the world know who you are.  You’re building an MLM business remember?

Finally, there’s an option that will let you “claim your blog” to verify that it is really yours.  This step is a bit more involved as you have to get a code from technorati and then include that code into a post on your blog so they can send their spiders and check that the code is in fact present somewhere on your MLM blog.

There you have it.  You MLM blog is now known by the biggest blog search engine on the internet.

Most people start building MLM businesses with dreams of creating an income that will allow them to achieve financial independence.

However, a high percentage of these people will start building their MLM business on a part-time basis.

This is actually one of the great qualities of MLM.  You can start part-time with a very small investment.

Like Jim Rohn likes to say, you can work full-time on your job while also working part-time on your fortune.  He calls this the magic of part-time.

Because the vast majority of people that join MLM are part-timers, it is critical for them to do their due diligence on their MLM compensation plan.  They must choose an MLM compensation plan that is favorable to the part-time distributor.

So, if you’re building your MLM business on a part-time basis, make sure you have a compensation plan that will compensate your efforts with reasonable money.

By choosing the right MLM compensation plan, you can go from working part-time on your fortune to working full-time on your fortune much faster.
